Target Object A broad-spectrum systemic insecticide targeting sucking and chewing pests such as aphids, whiteflies, thrips, leafhoppers, Colorado potato beetle, and rice hoppers.
Mode of Action It is a neonicotinoid insecticide that acts as an agonist on the nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChR) in the insect’s nervous system. This causes overstimulation of the nerve cells, leading to paralysis and eventual death.
Synergistic Blending Guide Often blended with other insecticides with different modes of action (e.g., pyrethroids like lambda-cyhalothrin, or abamectin) to manage resistance and broaden the spectrum of control. It can also be combined with fungicides for seed treatment.
